Returns Policy

Due to Covid-19, all purchases are final sale.  No returns or exchanges.  You may return defective or incorrect items due to our error within 7 
days of delivery for a store gift certificate in the amount of the item purchased. We will not pay for the return shipping or shipping label costs.

All items are inspected before they are shipped out.  We will not accept garments that have been worn, altered, washed, stained or have an odor.  We reserve the right to void any returns for any of these reasons and return the item to shipper.

You should expect to receive your gift certificate within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a gift certificate more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to mail your gift certificate (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  Thank you for shopping with us our return address is on your package and at the bottom of our website homepage.


We ship to any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain states.

We typically ship your item(s) within 3 to 5 business days, via USPS.  A tracking number will be provided once your item(s) have shipped to the email address you provided.  


Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, shipping may take a little longer than normal.  We are  not responsible for longer than normal shipping times due to the USPS or any other delivery service.  

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. You have the option to purchase insurance on your items through ROUTE at checkout. Please Make sure that you provide the correct address, zip code and apartment number to ensure that there are no delivery delays.
